The good thing of being in the public eye is that people notable individuals would use this opportunity to promote themselves by creating their personal PLN. They can also get paid by commercial or contact if they are famous enough.

Some perceived restrictions would be cannot speak without thinking. I know that sounds a bit weird, but it’s true. Because there is a subtle relationship between employer and employee. Employees want to express their best opinion but at the same time, they might be worried about saying the wrong things. People can also benefit from them. Since the community is the place where people gather together with similar interests, they can learn from each other resulting in benefits to the employer.

First, we need to use reliable resources to build our PLN and with the respect to the original sources. Second, don’t be afraid of negative comments, they are usually the truest thoughts. We need to treat them the same as positive comments because they both reflect some aspects of your work. Posting content with precise will eventually have a reliable PLN.

When veteran storytellers prepare for a topic, with the experience they have, they can sort out useful and reliable information for their next speech. They can also ask for professional storytellers using social media.
